UNGARAN, KAB. SEMARANG - PT. Sidomuncul Pupuk Nusantara gives an opportunity for the university students as well as students of SMK equal to do work practices or commonly referred as well to the practice field work. More than a few leading universities in Indonesia that has been sending their student to do work practice to PT. SMPN. Call it the Gadjah Mada University in Yogyakarta, Diponegoro University, Bogor Agriculture Institute, Bandung Institute of technology, Satya Wacana Christian University Salatiga as well as many more. Work practice itself is one of the compulsory courses taken by students to gain work experience directly in a company so they can better prepare to enter the work field.

The students who are doing field work comes from a wide range of faculty and courses, they will be placed in the position that corresponds to their respective studies. PT. SMPN which is a company engaged in farming and agriculture, especially organic fertilizer producing more accepting students for courses or studies also relate to the world of agriculture. Most of them came from the Faculty of agriculture and Faculty of animal husbandry. But some also come from the Faculty of communication, Public Relation or the Faculty of chemical engineering.

The purpose of the existence of a joint venture between PT. SMPN and the universities is to provide real work experience for students and expected to increase their knowledge and ability. It can also produce a superior human resources, high potential and have learned and can compete with other countries.
